Starlight Scholars Advocacy Group proudly participates in the Texas Adopt-A-Highway Program, caring for a two-mile stretch in North Richland Hills. Our team of volunteers works together to keep our community clean and welcoming, meeting four times each year to remove litter, plant flowers, and add a little extra shine to the place we call home.

It’s more than cleanup — it’s community pride in action. Every event brings together families, educators, and supporters who believe that small acts of service help light the path toward a brighter, cleaner North Texas.

Starlight Scholars Advocacy Group partners with local libraries across North Texas to strengthen community learning and provide hands-on support for families. Our volunteers assist with homework help, organizing and shelving materials, guiding creative projects with children, and even teaching adult skill-building courses for parents.

Each collaboration helps libraries expand their reach, offering families the tools and encouragement they need to keep learning together — both inside and outside the classroom.
